Maple Glazed Pork, Pears & Potatoes
Tender pork drizzled in maple syrup alongside pear, roasted potato and lentils. Is your mouth watering? Better yet, you can prepare it all in just 5 minutes and then prepare your stomach for a delicious dinner while it’s in the oven. Yum!

+1 1 CAN (400g) EDGELL BROWN LENTILS
- 600g packet frozen Birds Eye Deli Roast Potatoes
- 6 lean pork cutlets
- 6 cloves garlic, unpeeled
- 3 Beurre Bosc pears, unpeeled and quartered
- Spray oil
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- Fresh rosemary, to garnish
Arrange frozen Birds Eye Deli Roast Potatoes at one end in a large baking paper lined roasting pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Remove roasting pan and add the pork cutlets, garlic and pears to the other end of pan. Spray lightly with oil and drizzle over maple syrup. Cook for a further 20-25 minutes or until pork is cooked and pears are soft.
Remove pork and pears.
ADD DRAINED EDGELL BROWN LENTILS INTO THE PAN AND GENTLY TOSS.
Serve pork and pears on a bed of lentils and potato mixture. Garnish with rosemary sprigs if desired.
Serve with Birds Eye Steam Fresh Vegetables.
