For a true taste of India, you’re going to want to try your hand at making a pot of this mouth-watering dhal. Ideal for warming you up, we’ve added tomato supreme to make this one richer. Serve with naan and make sure you soak up all of that delicious, creamy curry.

+1 1 CAN (300g) EDGELL TOMATO SUPREME
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 400g can Edgell Brown Lentils, drained
- 400g can diced tomatoes
- ½ cup coconut milk
- Naan, for serving
- Natural yoghurt, for serving
Heat oil in a saucepan and saute onion for 1-2 minutes or until tender. Stir in curry powder and cook for a further minute.
Stir in Edgell Brown Lentils and diced tomatoes.
ADD EDGELL TOMATO SUPREME AND SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES.
Stir in coconut milk and serve with naan and natural yoghurt.
Edgell Brown Lentils are already cooked and ready to use.
Depending on your tastes, use your favourite curry powder to create this one.
