Hash Brown BLT
Ahh the smell of sizzling bacon, is there anything better? This BLT swaps out toast for a crispy hash brown, and has Tomato Supreme spooned over the top for extra flavour. Best served accompanied with a sleep in and a leisurely Sunday morning.

+1 1 Can (300g) Tomato Supreme
- 375g packet frozen Birds Eye Hash Browns
- 6 slices lean middle bacon, chopped
- 12 vine ripened tomatoes
- Sea salt
- 6-8 curly lettuce leaves
- Cracked black pepper
Place frozen Birds Eye Hash Browns and bacon onto greased oven trays. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15 minutes.
Arrange vine tomatoes onto a second oven tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle well with sea salt, place in oven with hash browns for the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
Top hash browns with lettuce leaves, bacon and roasted vine tomatoes.
SPOON OVER EDGELL TOMATO SUPREME.
Dust with freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately.
Turn this into a BLAT by adding slices of avocado.
