Glazed Pork Spare Ribs
Whoever knew you could enjoy delicious ribs with such little effort? The simple marinade, made with rich tomato base is the perfect amount of sweet and sticky. You can serve these up with an extra vegetable by simply cooking them alongside some creamy Tiny Taters. Impossible to resist.

+1 1 Can (822g) Tiny Taters
- 800g pork spare ribs
- ¼ cup Leggo's Tomato Paste
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- Spring onions for garnish
Cut pork spare ribs into 5cm pieces and marinate in combined Leggo’s Tomato Paste, ginger, soy sauce, honey and rice wine vinegar.
TOSS DRAINED EDGELL TINY TATERS IN A LITTLE OIL. ADD TO HOT BARBECUE HOTPLATE.
Place spare rib pieces onto an oven tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes or cook on a hot barbecue hotplate.
For extra flavour, toss the Tiny Taters in the marinade before cooking.
