Genki Green Dip
+1 Edgell Peas
In Japanese, genki means lively, and that’s exactly what this dip is. We’ve added peas to the recipe to make this one go a bit further and the result is a yummy creamy dip with strong avocado and miso flavours. Break out the crackers because this is going to be your next platter favourite!

+1 1 CAN (220g) EDGELL GARDEN PEAS
- 1 large avocado
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper
- 1-2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Black & white sesame seeds
- Crackers, vegetables & cheese, for serving
Scoop the flesh out of a large avocado.
Put the avocado, miso paste, sesame oil, white pepper and lemon juice into the bowl of a food processor.
ADD DRAINED EDGELL PEAS AND WHIZZ TOGETHER UNTIL YOU HAVE A CREAMY GREEN DIP.
