+1 Mexi Beans
Sometimes spending a Friday night in can be great. A Friday night in with nachos? Even better. These nachos are so quick and easy, that you’ll be back on the couch with the plate before the ad break is even over. It’s easy to add another vegie to your nachos by simply spooning some Mexi Beans on top, giving your nachos a hit of spicy Mexican flavour.

+1 1 Can (300g) Edgell Mexi Beans
- 1 large packet tortilla or corn chips
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 medium sliced avocado
- 1 cup medium salsa
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ⅛ cup onion, diced
Place tortilla chips on a plate.
TOP WITH EDGELL MEXI BEANS.
Heat in the microwave for 15 seconds.
Place toppings on the warm chips.
Instead cooking in the microwave, top chips with Mexi Beans and cheese and heat in oven until melted. Serve with remaining toppings.
