Only four ingredients and 5 minutes to prepare? We’re not kidding when we say this one is simple to throw together! We’ve added corn to give this tasty Chilli Tuna San Choy Bau recipe some extra bursts of flavour. This one is great to prepare at work when you’re looking to switch to something light and healthy for lunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 small iceberg lettuce cups
  • 95g can John West Tuna Tempters – Chilli
  • Vermicelli rice noodles, prepared following packet directions, for serving

Method

Place lettuce cups on serving plates.

Fill with combined John West Tuna Tempters and prepared noodles and serve.

ADD DRAINED AND RINSED EDGELL NO ADDED SALT CORN.

Tips

Top with fresh coriander leaves and serve with fine carrot curls.

Healthy Tip: Substitute brown rice for the vermicelli rice noodles.
