The name says it all. One glorious bite into these raw goodies is undeniably blissful for your tastebuds. The added chick peas provides a bit of crunch, which works wonderfully with the sweetness of the dates and the chocolatey cocoa. Trust us, these treats are your stairway to foodie heaven!

+1 1 CAN (125g) EDGELL CHICK PEAS
- 2 cups pitted dates
- ¾ cup raw cashews
- ¼ cup nut butter
- ⅓ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- White chia seeds, crushed pistachios, LSA mix or toasted coconut, for coating
Place pitted dates, cashews, nut butter, coconut and cocoa in a food processor.
ADD DRAINED AND RINSED EDGELL CHICK PEAS TO PROCESSOR AND PULSE UNTIL MIXTURE IS SMOOTH.
Using a tablespoon measure, shape and roll mixture into balls. Roll balls in your choice of coating and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Press a pepita or goji berry on top of each ball for added decoration.
Peanut, almond, hazelnut or any nut butter of choice may be used.
